As a committed, professional mental health counselor your well-being and mental strength is my number one priority. I’m happy to guide you through all of life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve.

My practice focuses on the needs of those with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and their associated symptoms. I have additional skillsets in working with the LGBTQIA+ community including gender exploration, coming out, self-esteem, and navigating complex societal issues.

My goal in being your therapist is to create a relaxing and open environment for you to explore yourself. I will tailor this experience to suit your specific needs. The course of therapy is never the same for each person; you and I will be a team and tackle difficult subjects together at a pace of your choosing.
