Growing up in rural Maine I learned that hard work only makes sense if it's for the right cause. I am proud to call Maine my home and I am driven to help the people of this state become healthier and happier.

I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick in 2011 and my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Maine in 2018.

I opened the doors of my practice in 2019 and have had the privilege to work with tons of wonderful clients since then.

I love the outdoors, traveling the world, D&D, history, and video gaming. In the summer you'll find me in the wilderness of Maine. In the winter you'll find me reading and video gaming.
